Review preparation checklist.

  1. Intended workflow and actions

What should the agent do? Separate read-only work from actions that send, publish, update or execute.

  2. Environment and integration surfaces

Describe runtime constraints, identity systems, network boundaries, tool interfaces and existing operational controls.

  3. Data categories and authority

Identify sensitivity, source permissions, proposed model routes and restrictions on processing or retention. Use categories, not live records.

  4. Approval and permission model

Name the role that can authorize each consequential action and explain which actions require human approval.

  5. Failure and recovery expectations

Describe unacceptable outcomes, stop authority, downstream side effects and the existing continuity process.

  6. Operational and review ownership

Identify the architecture, security and operational decision-making roles; list required review artifacts and unresolved constraints.
